Mechanical maintenance

Our trade and project management teams have significant experience in large maintenance programs on industrial process systems up to a Class 2500# rating, with well serviced specialist equipment tailored to suit.

A number of Energyworks personnel spend time seconded into client organisations as maintenance planners, focusing on both preventative maintenance & risk-based inspection programs, as well as planning for larger statutory inspection shutdowns. These roles provide great experience for our staff in the detailed planning and scheduling of;

• Labour (inductions, specific task training requirements, shift rosters and transport planning)
• Working at Heights planning (scaffold and cranes)
• Statutory Inspection personnel
• Procurement of consumables, equipment spares and long leads
• Confined space planning
• Biological and atmospheric exposure monitoring
